The Creative Challenge
The Marin School sought ongoing assistance in creating digital assets such as advertisements, social media graphics, and marketing materials that embodied their dynamic and distinctive teaching style.
Brand Strategy
Before commencing the design process, we conducted a strategic session that included a gap analysis. This enabled us to pinpoint areas where we could enhance their brand identity and implementation to reach and engage their target audience. We determined that the most noticeable gap requiring our attention was more consistency in generating design materials and maintaining coherence.
Design
We established a dedicated project management system using Notion to streamline our collaboration and foster efficient communication. This platform served as a centralized hub for hosting all design assets and facilitated the seamless exchange of feedback. With this foundation in place, we began designing assets every month, ensuring consistency and providing regular updates to campaign visuals and messaging.
Impact
We empowered the Marin School to cultivate a greater sense of cohesiveness, ultimately bolstering their brand awareness. Internally, we revolutionized the content creation approach, alleviating the overwhelming burden and enabling the staff to focus on other essential tasks. Additionally, we amplified social interaction by implementing a consistent posting schedule that showcased the school's unparalleled teaching style, fostering heightened engagement and community interaction.
